Description of the apartment

The rooms of the holiday flat are located on the upper floor of the studio house in Schweigen-Rechtenbach.
The size of the flat is 85 square metres. All rooms are centrally heated.

Description of the accommodation

The studio house offers a stylish and cosy holiday flat with a creative atmosphere and classic style. It is located on the 1st floor above the large studio and is surrounded by a flowering garden. The flat is divided into living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, satellite and TV connection available.

The small wine village Schweigen-Rechtenbach in the heart
of the Palatinate on the southern wine route offers
numerous inns and wine taverns, as well as wine estates
for wine tasting and is located in picturesque
surroundings with a view of the plain, in the back the mountains,
not far from the French border.

The use of the large art studio of the famous
Palatinate painter Irene Wagner (1932 - 2006),
offers opportunities for your creative work.
