Spacious terrace, garden, plancha, table football, shaded closed parking for 2 cars, private heated swimming pool (9 x 3.5 m, 1.50 deep everywhere) OPEN FROM END OF JUNE TO END OF AUGUST depending on weather conditions. A supplement of 20 to 40€/week depending on the season will be payable to the owner for the pool heating option (at +2° above the ambient temperature, activated as soon as the water temperature is below 24°).
