Perched on a rocky peak, this characterful house overlooks the scrublands on one side and the Gardons plain on the other, with the Cévennes range in the background.

Renovated in 2010, this house revealed many secrets to us. First of all, the exterior facade composed of limestone and bricks gives a mixture of colors. The garage with a cross rib vault, a Romanesque architecture, which is characterized by semicircular arches and vaults, with supporting walls up to 1 m thick.

The cool cellar, a former wine factory room thanks to an old funnel-shaped floor. Today, this room is anchored in the rock following heavy work and is completely equipped for “a midday nap”.

A few steps from the house, you will find various shops (bakery, café, newspapers, restaurants, grocery store, supermarket, souvenir and local store, spa) and amenities (post office, doctors, pharmacy, etc.).
