You will find bathing establishments and free-equipped beaches, easily reachable on foot because they are right under the house! The accommodation has two terraces where guests can relax outdoors.

The space Apartment of about 100 square meters is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a lift (not suitable for the disabled, we also point out the presence of steps at the entrance). The accommodation is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed and wardrobe; -BEDROOM 2 equipped with a double bed - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, sitting area, dining area and TV; - KITCHEN with induction hob, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dining table with chairs, moka coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, various kitchen utensils; -BATHROOM 1 with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet; -BATHROOM 2 with bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink - TWO TERRACES with sea view, both furnished with table and chairs FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, independent heating, 2 fans private garage: width 2.25m, length 4.40m, height 1.85m Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes). Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights.
Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th. Please note that check-in after the indicated time must be organized directly with the property and require a supplement as follows: * 30 euros after 21.30 and until 00.00 * The tourist tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Sanremo.
