Modern and cosy flat a few steps away from the Levante promenade of Ortigia.


The flat, recently renovated, is located on the ground floor of a house situated in one of the typical alleys of Ortigia and consists of a single open space. The entrance opens onto the living area, equipped with a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with kettle and coffee machine. A wardrobe separates the living area from the sleeping area with a double bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Guests will be able to enjoy amenities including wi-fi connection, heating and air conditioning.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the surrounding area of Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful, unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to feast your eyes on.
