In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter.
Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible.
Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house.

Die Wohnung war insgesamt sauber und Ordnung. Die Küche hatte einige Mängel, es fehlen: Fleischmesser, Steak Messer, grosse Tassen, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Bierflaschenöffner.
Aus der Wohnung hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Berge.

Die Lage ist insbesondere für Skiferien super. Auch die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist sehr zweckmässig und austeichend! Wir kommen gern wieder.

L'attention du gardien est toujours présente mais nous avons été déçus par l'appartement loué . De nombreux objets inutiles encombrent les espaces de rangement en dehors des placards réservés au propriétaire, éclairage insuffisant . Par contre, la salle de bains a été bien rénovée et est confortable .
