In Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, we offer this charming house with sea view for rent. Situated 400m from the beach, it has a surface area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 60 m² garden. End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the rental price. All you have to do is put down your luggage!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with convertible sofa (double bed), TV, Wifi.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: on the second floor with double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine floor : on the second floor with a single bed. Access via a steep staircase, not recommended for children under 10 (under the roof, rather cramped).
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and a cot.
Exterior:
- A small 60 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, right in the center of town, 400m from the beach. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
- Nearest train station: St Malo, approx. 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, approx. 80 km
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- July and August: There's a market every Monday from 07:00 to 15:00. We therefore advise you to park your vehicle in a parallel street on Sunday evening if you plan to travel on Monday morning. The summer market is right in front of the house.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.
