We are offering this charming house with a glimpse of the sea for rent in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer. Situated 400 metres from the beach, it has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 60 m².
- A 25 m² living room with a sofa bed (double bed), TV, Wi-Fi - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: on the first floor with a double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: on the second floor with a single bed. Access is via a steep staircase, strongly not recommended for children under 10 (under the eaves, quite cramped)
- A bathroom with a shower - Two separate toilets
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following extra amenities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and a cot.
Outdoors
- A small, unfenced garden of 60 m² with a tiled terrace. The outdoor area is furnished with garden furniture so you can make the most of sunny days (outdoor table, two sun loungers)
House & grounds
On site, the local Cocoonr agency, which specialises in ‘ready-to-stay’ rentals, will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you enjoy it to the full.
Location & surroundings
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting, right in the town centre, 400 metres from the beach. You’ll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
- You can park directly in the house’s private car park - Nearest railway station: St Malo, approximately 20 km away - Nearest airport: Rennes, approximately 80 km away
- For July and August: The market is held every Monday from 07:00 to 15:00. We therefore advise you to park your car on a side street on Sunday evening if you plan to go to the market on Monday morning. The summer market is right in front of the house
