Palazzo Palermo 1817 is a completely renovated, antique palace, which has been converted into 3 stylish apartments.
This first-floor flat sleeps 4 people and makes an ideal base for guests to explore Lake Garda and the surrounding area. The ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, water purification jug and coffee machine, making self-catering a breeze.
There is also a flat-screen TV, an attractive dining table and chairs for casual meals. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom. Extra: A pouffe converts into a single bed for a child or teenager. Bathroom The modern bathroom has a hydro-massage shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC. Additional Services • Free Wifi • Double Smart TV • Air conditioning • Underfloor heating • Security safe • Hairdryer • Waste disposal • Public parking, car recommended • Cash security deposit required • Access to the property is by token and the lights are activated through the use of a magnetic card.
Pets are allowed on request.

It is only a few minutes walk from a mini-market, pharmacy, bar and an excellent bakery. Its location is ideal for those who want to reach the amusement parks of Lake Garda, such as Gardaland (10 minutes) and Movieland Studios (15 minutes). For keen cyclists, the apartment is next to the cycle-pedestrian path that runs along the river Mincio and connects Lake Garda with Mantua.
The cities of Verona (35 minutes) and Mantua (40 minutes) make easy day trips. The town of Valeggio sul Mincio, known for its excellent restaurants, is 10 minutes by car and the romantic Borghetto, is just 15 minutes.
Peschiera del Garda (10 minutes) hosts a weekly market (every Monday morning) and is the perfect place to pick up the best local produce to cook at home. Verona airport is only 25 minutes away.

Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Geräte und Einrichtung neu. Die Nähe zum See ist ausreichend mit Auto. Die Nähe zur Autobahn ist super. Dabei ist es nicht laut.

We had a great stay. The location is nice, near the river, parking was easy and close, and all the sights were a short drive away. The apartment was perfect size for a family with two kids and is very thoughtfully put together. All the essentials were there and fixtures like the washing machine/dryer worked well.
