A charming and modern flat with a splendid sea view just a few steps from the beach of Cala Rossa, in Ortigia.

The flat is situated on the first floor of a building with lift in the centre of Ortigia. It opens onto the large living area, an open space furnished with dining table, sofas, television, and fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with double beds. Three bathrooms with shower and hairdryer complete the layout.

Wifi connection, washing machine, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and heat pump heating will be available to guests free of charge during their stay.

Cot and high chair available on request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per service.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the surrounding area of Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to be explored and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.


The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 66 km away, that of Comiso Pio La Torre 111 km. The Syracuse train station is a 10-minute drive from Ortigia.
