On the ground floor of the villa, you will find two distinct wings. In the left wing, you will discover three elegant and spacious bedrooms, all with double beds. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom and a dressing room to satisfy all your storage needs. In addition, there is a full bathroom in the hallway for added convenience.



In the right wing, a separate, fully equipped kitchen awaits you with all the appliances and utensils you may need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax, with comfortable sofas, an impressive 85-inch Samsung smart TV with international channels (including Netflix and StartTV), a dining table for 8 people and large windows offering views of the lush garden. There is also an additional toilet in this area.



The upper floor of the villa is home to two cosy bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and a window with panoramic views, while the other is equipped with two single beds and toys for the little ones. A second bathroom with walk-in shower completes this floor, ensuring that all guests have their space and privacy.



The villa offers all the modern comforts you could wish for, including WiFi internet access and a brand new air conditioning system, installed in October 2023. For your security and peace of mind, a safe is also available, as well as baby equipment such as a cot, highchair and changing table if required.



The exterior of the villa is equally impressive. With a plot of 1000 square metres, a beautiful garden awaits you with a chill-out area perfect for enjoying aperitifs and cocktails.
