Beautiful two-storey house situated in a quiet street in the privileged urbanization of Cala Llonga.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, wifi, table and chairs and nice decoration in light tones. The living room has access to a terrace from where we can see the sea with outdoor furniture for 6 diners.
It has a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, mini blender, capsule coffee maker and Italian coffee maker and everything you need.
Independent laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
It has three double bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with two beds each and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has access to a large terrace with views.
In addition, the villa has a safe without combination, cot and high chair, portable barbecue
The villa will have free wifi for customers.
THE VILLA HAS FANS IN THE BEDROOMS.
The house rules do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the "Sustainable Tourism Tax", to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
