Villa "Sirius" in Costa Paradiso offers you a fantastic sea view.
Spread over 2 floors, the property features a sea-view living room, a relaxation room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (maximum 7 adults + 1 child). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and more.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan and washing machine.
There is a dedicated workspace for home office or relaxation, as well as a SPA bathroom area with multi-person chromatic shower.
Cot and high chair are also available. The private outdoor area includes an unheated whirlpool (2 m x 2 m x 1.5 m, up to 5 people), indoor whirlpool in the bathroom, garden, open terrace with solarium and outdoor shower, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue and mobile outdoor shower.
Shops, restaurants and bars are just minutes away.
We recommend the natural pools and Li Cossi beach. There is a parking space both outdoors and in the garage, also suitable for motorbikes and bicycles; street parking is free where permitted.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Air conditioning is not available and smoking is not permitted inside. Beach/pool towels and bath towels are available for an extra charge.
Bed linen and towels are included; special requests regarding type or quantity of linen must be paid for on site.
The property follows waste separation guidelines and uses energy-saving lighting.

Iedere avond een prachtige zonsondergang vanaf het balkon te aanschouwen
We misten een lekkere lounge set op het balkon, waarin je relaxed kan zitten lezen, luieren of gewoon genieten!!
Het huis heeft wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Lekkende badkraan en lekkend bad, kapotte sloten en lampjes.
De jacuzzi had vieze vette randen.

die aussicht war traumhaft, besser geht nicht. die aufteilung der zimmer war gut. küchenausstatung war gut.
die badewanne war undicht und die duschtüre im bad war ebenfalls undicht . somit konnte die sauna nicht benutzt werden. schade für den preis. der pool musste nachgereinigt werden (wurde aber nach unserer aufforderung sofort gemacht). schade ist, dass der pool nicht heizbar ist. im herbst wäre dies s...

De ligging van het verblijf ( uitzicht) was echt prachtig. Leuke restaurants op loopafstand. Gigantisch mooi strand tussen rotsen gelegen op 20-30 minuten lopen.
Het huis mag wel een onderhoudsbeurt krijgen. De prijs is behoorlijk aan de hoge kant voor hetgeen wat je "krijgt". Wij huurden dit huis bewust met 2 vriendinnen omdat we dan ieder een eigen slaapkamer hebben. Er lag alleen beddengoed klaar voor het 2 persoonsbed. Bij de "receptie"meteen gemeld dat ...
