Urban flat in Ardales, close to local businesses such as supermarkets and restaurants, it also has a very good communication with the main road that will take you to towns such as Antequera, Malaga centre, Campillos and not forgetting that it is a short drive from El Caminito del Rey.
You will enjoy a private parking with direct access to the accommodation. This parking is of normal dimensions, if you travel with a special car, especially in height, please consult with the agency.
The accommodation is distributed in a ground floor and a first floor, the first floor is accessed by a comfortable staircase.
Through the general pedestrian entrance, we have in the first instance a dining room, which leads to a living room where you can relax, meet or watch TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on this floor where you can enjoy preparing your lunches.
On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, windows to the outside and space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily.
The bedrooms have a double bed in two of them and two single beds in the third.
There is a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.
