Glass French doors lead out to a paved patio area with outside furniture perfect for alfresco dining.
Enclosed garden with garden furniture is available for our guests.
There is a shed just outside the back door with a tumble dryer and spare garden furniture and barbecue equipment.
Outside this bright and airy holiday home there is an acre of land split between front and rear gardens.
There is a small stream which borders the property on the west and North sides which whilst small, must be considered when the house is occupied by small children.
Private parking beside this holiday home is available for two cars easily (but up to four cars could be accommodated without too much difficulty).

Dogs are welcome at this holiday home (but they must be kept on a lead at all times as the local fields have farm animals grazing and the boundary fence is not dogproof)! No smoking. Located on part of Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way, this luxurious holiday home is also 200 metres from the local village shop, pub and church.
Things to do in the local area: - Sheep’s Head Way walking route which trails the entire coastline of the Sheep’s Head Peninsula - Peakeen Ridge Loop Walk with spectacular views across Bantry Bay and Dunmanus Bay - Kilcrohane is also popular with cyclists of all abilities who enjoy the quiet beauty of the roads and the spectacular hairpin bends that lead down from Seefin to Kilcrohane village. - Trá Ruaim beach - Fishing - The Old Creamery is home to a lovely café and restaurant run by the O’Donovan family.
