The residential LES MOTES is a low three-storey building without lift, located on the beachfront with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of the beach of Xeraco in Avenida de la Mota 40 in the vicinity of restaurants and other services. Quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest.
It offers a beautiful swimming pool with a children's pool surrounded by communal areas that can be walked on and landscaped.
Attic flat on the first floor, all in perfect condition. It has three bedrooms, a complete bathroom with shower, a toilet, independent kitchen with dishwasher and a large south facing terrace of 20 m2 (with awning) with fabulous sea views. From this terrace there is access by stairs to the upper terrace for private use. The living/dining room has access to the terrace on the ground floor and is equipped with air conditioning, as is the master bedroom. Parking space included.
Capacity 6/7 people. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THIRTY YEARS OF AGE ARE ALLOWED.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Our flats are clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower/person, 2 toilets/bathroom). A fortnightly change of bed linen is included. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, please bring them!
Key collection will take place at our offices in C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of collecting the keys outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and vacating of the accommodation will take place before 10:00 am. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. On arrival, you will have two options, to cover any possible damage, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after the flat has been checked, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage waiver (Insurance) of 28 € non-refundable.
The Xeraco Town Hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the flats).
The Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope at the entrance to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worthwhile. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marshes. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of unspoilt beach without buildings, with its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.
