Accommodation description
30 minutes from the Belgian border and 15 km from the beautiful city of Charleville-Mézières, capital of the French Ardennes, you will find this cosy holiday home. The house is fully equipped and has a spacious enclosed garden. There is a cosy wood-burning stove to enjoy during the colder days. From your terrace, you can overlook the sloping landscape and the castle of Guignicourt. Your four-legged friend is also welcome and will certainly enjoy itself in these beautiful surroundings
There is plenty to do in this beautiful wooded area, about half an hour from the Belgian border. You will find yourself in a beautiful natural environment with lovely hiking and cycling routes. Want to spend a day exploring the area? Visit the city of Charleville-Méziers, located on the river La Meuse. This city has an ancient history dating back to the year 1000. Have a coffee on the Place Ducale; once the site of the Duke's palace, this square was inspired in style by the Place des Vosges in Paris. Visit the town of Sédan with your children. Here you will find the largest fort/castle in Europe. Want to explore the French Ardennes by bike? The Voie Verte Trans-Ardennes consists of a 130 km waterfront cycling route. Would you rather explore nature close to home ? From your own accommodation there is direct access to the vast forest of the Chateau de Guignicourt (800 ha). A moment for complete relaxation ? In one of the dépendances of Guignicourt castle, there is a salon where you can book a massage

la vue de la maison
nous avions convenu de partir à 10h le matin ,mais il n' y avait personne . Même pas reçu un message . Un peu impoli .A l'arrivée il n'y avait personne pour l'accueil [ la porte etait ouverte ] .

Schönes Haus, schöne ruhige Lage und das ganze Haus ist schön und warm überall! Wir waren hier zum zweiten Mal und es fühlte sich an wie nach Hause zu kommen! Nur den Preis finden wir etwas hoch, sonst würden wir sofort wieder hinfahren.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Groß, geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Der Garten ist auch schön. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich. Er antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Unser Auto hatte eine Panne und wir wussten nicht wohin. Der Besitzer hat uns fantastisch geholfen. Wir durften sein Auto ausleihen, um einzukaufen und essen zu gehen. Er hat uns eine Führung durch sein Schloss gegeben. Wirklich super!
