The ground floor has a living room with a corner settee and a television as well as an open plan kitchen with a combi microwave, a dish washer and a refrigerator.
On the ground floor one will find a separate toilet in the hall way as well as a storeroom.
The first floor has three bedrooms: each of these has two single box-spring beds.
This villa also has a bathroom with a shower on the first floor and a separate toilet on the landing.
On top of all this the villa also has a garden and a terrace with garden furniture and 2 sunbeds.
