The living room has floor heating and smart TV and in the open plan kitchen you can find, for instance, a microwave, dishwasher and coffee pad machine. Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single box spring beds. One of the bedrooms has a TV. In addition, there is a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet in the hall. The villa also has a furnished terrace, there is parking space for 1 car and you can use Wi-Fi free of charge.

The nearby beach Westerduinpad has a Blue Flag, which is a European grading for clean and safe marinas and beaches.

The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
