Parking is free on adjacent streets. - A cozy living room with a table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, and a 44" television, high-speed WiFi (400 Mb/s fiber optic), air conditioning. - A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction stovetop, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee maker (pods not supplied), dishwasher (tabs not supplied), and washing machine (detergent not supplied). - A warm bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x200cm), ample storage space, a dresser, a 44" smart TV. - A well-maintained bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower (the slope is shallow due to the apartment's location, so please be aware that water may drain slowly), a large vanity, and some storage. - A pleasant synthetic grass garden with garden furniture and a barbecue (which must be cleaned by you after each use). Enjoy the tranquility of a relaxation area in the heart of the aeronautics capital! The entire apartment is heated in winter (19°C maximum in the room) and air-conditioned in summer (20°C maximum). Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay.
