- Quiet T3 on the ground floor of a quiet building;
- Facilities to make you feel at home (coffeemaker, hob, bed linen & towels provided...);
- Ideally located (Quinze Sols, arriving at 5pm with complete autonomy and a host who can be contacted until 8pm;
- A few faults and traces of time, but incredible charm and a very high quality renovation!
The accommodation
In the heart of the countryside in the city, in the west of Toulouse, discover Wolfgang's accommodation, which he has designed as a haven for good times to be enjoyed with the family or on business trips.
Appreciated features
- Beautiful, spacious flat on the ground floor of a secure residence, close to Blagnac airport (air corridor) and the Quinze Sols nature reserve.
- Fully equipped, bed linen and towels will be provided.
- At the foot of the building, all amenities are easily accessible.

You will appreciate its accommodation for its location, decoration and character, it can accommodate up to 5 people.
To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal
- A convivial living/dining room with table and chairs, sofa , armchairs, coffee table and connected HD TV, high-speed wifi (fibre).
- A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, cooking utensils, pots and pans and Senseo coffee machine.
- A large bedroom with double bed (140cm) and dressing room.
- A second bedroom with 3 single beds (90) and storage space.
- A spacious, well-kept bathroom with shower, a beautiful basin and storage space.
- A beautiful terrace.
An ideal setting for discovering the South West or coming to listen to your flight!
Access for travellers
You will be able to make use of all the accommodation for the duration of your stay.
You will be able to park in the street in front of the building where there are always spaces available and which are free.
To give you a good start to your stay, we will provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, washing-up liquid....).In this period of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in our use of energy and we remind our travellers that the temperature of heating is limited in France, by law (art. R241-26 of the Energy Code), to 19°. Consequently, it will not be possible to exceed this temperature in the accommodation.

OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS
The accommodation is managed by the agency Keytoko, the Toulouse partner of Airbnb and Luckey. By completing your booking, you agree to these conditions
- Security deposit: for this booking, a security deposit ("caution") is requested via Swikly: this is a secure online deposit request system (without debiting or blocking funds on bank cards). This security deposit solution will not cost you anything and no deductions will be made if we find no damage to the accommodation.
- In accordance with Airbnb's off-platform policy, it is compulsory to complete an "Online Check-in", which is equivalent to a police form, even if the message is external to the platform. You will then need to provide information such as your full name, date and place of birth, address, contact details, proof of identity and a selfie. This data is secured by our partner Avantio, whose servers are located in Europe and who will keep it for 1 year after the booking. The data is collected in compliance with the RGPD, and all measures are taken to prevent any alteration, processing or unauthorised access to your data.
- The flat can be secured by a device (MINUT) that constantly monitors the sound level, temperature, number of occupants, hygrometry, number of internet connections, etc. To ensure compliance with the rules and the safety of all. No element of a nature to identify you is collected.
- The person having made the reservation must imperatively be present, failing which the reservation will be cancelled.
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, parties/events are forbidden and there cannot be more people in the accommodation than occupants indicated in the reservation.
- Arrivals are between 5pm and 11pm and departures at 11am. Any departure after 11am will be subject to a charge of 30€ per hour started.
- For all bookings of more than 30 days, one cleaning per month (minimum) will be carried out at your expense. We will agree the dates and times together.
- The accommodation (and everything in it) must be returned in the condition in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions), i.e. clean (you must not scrub the accommodation but simply leave it normally clean), with no rubbish, no dirty crockery and the furniture in its original place.
The cleaning package covers the cost of cleaning that is carried out BEFORE your arrival, on the basis of accommodation left normally clean, as well as clean linen and consumables provided (the consumables provided are a welcome kit and we do not provide others).
- Before each arrival, a general inventory of fixtures of the accommodation with a photo is carried out. If you notice any anomalies or shortcomings on your arrival, you must let us know (with a photo) within 5 working hours.
- If the accommodation is left very dirty, with unwashed or badly washed dishes, and/or with rubbish, if equipment is damaged, if there is a smell of cigarettes... our teams will be able to report this immediately and we may ask you for financial compensation for the damage and/or extra cleaning time; this compensation may amount to several times the value of the cleaning package or to actual costs (unwashed or badly washed dishes = 10€/item, cigarette smell = 150€, torn/stained sheets = 50€...).
