The culture tax of the city of Weimar is not included in the prices and is charged at EUR 1.10 per person per day (children under 7 years of age free of charge). This must be paid to the host. Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival are possible free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price. The host reserves the right to request a deposit from the time of booking and will contact you separately about this.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt im Weimarer Ortsteil Gelmeroda mit Blick auf die Kirche, welche dem Maler Lyonel Feininger inspirierte. Seine Gemälde erwarben später Weltruhm. Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 4 Personen ausgerichtet und umfasst gemütliche rund 50 qm. Große und helle Räume mit Balkon und Gartennutzung sowie feste Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus werden Ihnen bestmöglichen Komfort bieten. Unsere Ferienwohnung erreichen Sie mit der Autobahn A4 (Ausfahrt 49, dann etwa noch 1 km). Die Weimarer Innenstadt ist in ca. 5 Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Unsere Empfehlung: Besuchen Sie Weimar am besten per Bus. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 50 m von Ihrer Ferienwohnung entfernt. Rauchen ist nicht erwünscht. Aus hygienischen Gründen ist das Mitbringen von Tieren für alle Nutzer nicht möglich.

Die 2017/2018 komplett renovierte und neu ausgestattete Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet auf 50qm Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Dabei stehen ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Ein Fernseher und der direkte Zugang zum Balkon sind ebenfalls im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Sie kochen gern? Unsere Küche umfasst eine neue große Küchenzeile. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Kaffeemaschine etc. sind vorhanden und werden gut gepflegt. Das helle Schlafzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz. Ein großer Kleiderschrank und ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Bei Anfrage kann Ihnen auch ein Kinderbett für Kleinkinder kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ist ebenfalls komplett neu eingerichtet. Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über eine moderne Fußbodenheizung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind.
