COMFORTABLE ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT in a villa just 150 meters from the sea in Pittulongu, perfect for a relaxing vacation without the need for a car!
Located on the raised ground floor, it consists of a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished veranda with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation.
The magnificent free and equipped beaches of Mare e Rocce and Pellicano are easily reachable on foot, located 650 and 800 meters away respectively, perfect for small children with their gently sloping seabeds.
A short walk will also take you to the famous Bados beach. Nearby the apartment, you will find all the main services, as well as quality restaurants, pizzerias, and bars. The apartment features air conditioning in the living room for the hottest days, a TV, and a washing machine.

Ein nettes kleines Häuschen, die Veranda war super! Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, was toll war. Die Außendusche war nach einem Tag am Meer total praktisch. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Was für ein schöner Kurzurlaub! Der Garten war perfekt für die Kinder, und wir haben die Grillmöglichkeiten sehr genossen. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, sodass die Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten unkompliziert war. Wir haben es auch sehr genossen, die nahegelegenen Strände zu erkunden, insbesondere Bados.
