Villa Marina with its pretty stone façade stands on an estate of over 1,300 square metres as the manor house of a historic courtyard complex. The splendid blooming bougainvillea and roses, man-high cacti as well as olive and fig trees lend it Mediterranean charm.

During your stay at Villa Marina, you can enjoy life outside to the full. The approx. 200 square metre terrace looks out directly onto the sea, there is a brick barbecue and dining table under an olive tree, and you can relax on sun loungers or in the hammock and enjoy the day to your heart's content.

LARGE 140 SQM FOR 8 PEOPLE
The holiday home with high ceilings and airy ambience is spread over two levels.

On the GROUND FLOOR there is an approx. 30 m² living/dining room with fireplace, from which you have access to the terrace and the upper floor of Villa Marina. Separated from the living room by a pretty stone arch is the kitchen with a well-equipped fitted kitchen made of solid wood and a dining area for four people. You also have access to the terrace from the kitchen. There is also a guest WC with bidet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor are the 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. Three of the rooms have balcony access and one of the rooms also has its own bathroom. The sea view balcony extends across the entire width of the house.

A second bathroom is accessible via the hallway. The room without balcony access has an additional single bed (3rd person), a cot and a fireplace.

OASIS IN THE CILENTAN HILLS
The property, which has been renovated with a great deal of love and labour, is located in the golden section of the valley. The owner sees his country house as an oasis of peace and relaxation and wants to convey this feeling to his guests. Enjoy Italian country life and authentic hospitality and let yourself be enchanted by nature and the sea.

FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY
The beach (pebbles, stone) of San Nicola a Mare is approx. 3 km away. For sandy beach lovers, we recommend the smaller beach at Agnone or the wide sandy beaches at Acciaroli and Santa Maria di Castellabate.

Grocery shops, bars/cafés and restaurants can be found approx. 2 km away in Montecorice. Culinary excursions to nearby Castellabate are also worthwhile.

There are some very beautiful hiking trails around Montecorice. A classic coastal hike, for example, leads to Punta Licosa between Ogliastro Marina and San Marco di Castellabate.

Those who prefer to explore the hinterland on foot can hike from Pioppi to Acciaroli. You can enjoy wonderful views on traffic-free roads and dirt tracks. The ascent of Monte Stella is also worth the effort. From the summit, you can see far into the south of Campania!

The donkey family
On the extensive, terraced property, slightly away from Villa Marina, there is also the house and, opposite it, a fenced enclosure for the owner couple's donkeys. The donkeys love to go for a walk. Guests at Villa Marina are therefore welcome to join the 2-4 hour walks (including a break) to Consentini, the Panorama Bar Assunta or down to the village.

Donkey mum Claudia describes the excursions with her animals as follows: "It's always fun and contemplative, the donkeys prevent themselves from rushing. It's also great fun for the donkeys, they are so sweet and happy for a change."

The approx. 200 m² terrace faces the sea, a masonry barbecue and outdoor dining furniture 'await' you under an olive tree and whenever you are in the mood, you can relax on the sun loungers or in the hammock and simply enjoy the moment.

140 m² HOLIDAY HOME FOR 8 PERSONS
Villa Marina is a two-storey holiday home with high ceilings and an airy atmosphere.

GROUND FLOOR - The approx. 30 m² living-dining room with fireplace opens onto the terrace and offers access of the villa's upper floor. From the living room you pass through a nice (stone) arched opening into the kitchen with well-appointed solid wooden kitchen unit (incl. dishwasher), dining furniture for 4 and access of the terrace. A half bath (WC/bidet) is also found on the ground floor.

1st FLOOR - There are 4 bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning each; three of the rooms open onto the sea view balcony, which runs the width of the house. One bedroom has got an en suite bathroom (shower/bidet/WC).
Another bathroom (shower/bidet/WC) is accessible from the hallway. Furnishing of the double without access of the balcony includes an additional single bed (3rd person), a children's bed and a fireplace.

Further amenities at Villa Marina: WiFi, washing machine, fly screens; outdoor furniture, barbecue, hot and cold water outdoor shower. There's an extra charge (on site) for the use of air conditioning with heating device and firewood. Parking is available on the premises.
