In Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, we offer this charming 100 m² apartment with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with a bar area and including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Sleeping area
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 40m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- The golf course and walking trails are less than 5-10 minutes from the residence, as are the ski lifts in winter.
- In the residence there is a ski and electric bike rental.

Transportation:
- The residence has a large private outdoor parking lot for all types of vehicles. Around 30 cars can be parked.
- Nearest train station: Font Romeu station (3 km)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport (90 km)
