- the 2nd “palm tree” bedroom, with access and view of the swimming pool: a suite ventilated by an air fan, with double bed (160x200cm bed) and storage cupboards

LOCATION & ENVIRONMENT

Villa Austral & Lagons is located on a coast accessible by car, at an altitude of 164m in the Collines du Lambert housing estate in Etang-Salé-les-Hauts. It is located on a path used only by local residents, and therefore very quiet.

The villa is close to the shops and restaurants of the town center (5 minutes) and it will only take 10 minutes to access the town's beautiful black sand beach and the Route des Tamarins which will allow you to go everywhere on the island.
