Ground floor: Upon entry to the property, you will see the spacious living room with views onto the courtyard and the gardens. The room is bright and airy and tastefully furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs, multi-channel TV, library, and wood burning stove. The garden side of the property can be accessed from this room also. Adjacent to the living room is the combined farmhouse style kitchen and dining room area. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. It includes a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and ample tableware and cookware. The dining area has an extendable table and chairs which will comfortably seat all guests. A combined washer dryer is located under the stairs.

First floor: A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and the main bathroom are all on the first floor. The double bedroom en-suite bathroom contains WC, sink and shower. The main bathroom has a bath, handheld shower, WC, and sink. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, chairs, lockers, lamps and fitted wardrobes.

Second floor: This upper floor houses a twin bedroom with locker, lamps and fitted wardrobes.

The property is centrally heated throughout by an electric heating system. Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating, electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Free parking is available for two cars.
