Flat Sylvia has a capacity for 4 people. It is located in Blanes just 20 metres from the beach.

The accommodation does NOT have a parking space.

- The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of guests.


- The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

- The property can only accommodate the number of people on the booking and no more people can stay/visit at the same time at the property.



Check-in
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years.

- It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identity document (ID card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

- Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00 : Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00 : Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)



- Out of hours check-in option with safe deposit box in the office free of charge.




- No show on check-in day, no refund of the booking.



- Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning
. The house must be properly cleaned, the dishes cleaned and the rubbish deposited in the bins on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged from the security deposit.




IMPORTANT
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must take care to pick up after them and clean up urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.




Beach towels are not provided.



Keys
- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100 euros per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys.


- Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith tariff, to be charged on-site to the technician.




Rules
- Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and especially not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



- No parties or celebrations are allowed in the property.


- No pets are allowed.



- No smoking in this accommodation.


- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) cannot be held responsible for theft or burglary of the property or any loss during your stay.
