Your holiday rental includes, on the first floor: a living room/lounge/kitchen (well-equipped) with a sea view on one side and a courtyard view on the other, access to two terraces: a 12 m² terrace with a sea view and a 10 m² terrace overlooking the courtyard, furnished with garden furniture.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one with two 80x200 cm beds and the other with a 160x200 cm bed, a shower room, and a toilet with a washbasin.
On the ground floor: an entrance hall with storage, a garage (not suitable for vehicles - only bicycles, motorcycles, etc.) with a laundry area.
Parking is available in front of the house.
The building is semi-detached with other holiday rentals.

The perfect setting for your next holiday in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast: numerous activities on-site or just steps away: swimming, hiking on the GR34 coastal path (20m), paddleboarding and kayaking (500m away on Quo Vadis beach), cycling, tennis, and a skate park (700m away)... or perhaps you'd prefer to relax on the terraces! In Trégastel, you can stroll through the market on Mondays, one of the largest in the department during the summer, swim at the Forum de la Mer (a seawater aquatic complex heated to 30°C), and enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the GR34 coastal path.
The resort of Perros Guirec is 4 km away (its beaches, port, casino and thalassotherapy center), Ploumanac'h with its famous lighthouse is 3 km away, Lannion is 13 km away - a city of art and history

Tout était parfait ! Vous n'avez juste qu'une seule envie... REVENIR ! Vue exceptionnelle surtout avec les grandes marées et un accueil chaleureux de la part de Stéphanie. L'appartement est décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable ! C'est sûr nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir!!!
