L'appartement est bien placé et dans une résidence calme mais il est un peu vieillot (en déco et en équipement : plaques cuisson rouillées, aspirateur qui ne roule plus, chasse d'eau wc peu efficace, canapé lit du salon avec plaid) et manque de certains équipements (bouilloire, machine café capsule, table basse salon, un vrai canapé).
