Common entrance. 1st floor: living room-kitchen, lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed), a bathroom (bath), separate WC.
Washing machine shared with the other cottage, located on the ground floor of the house.
Private terrace of 17 m² facing south.
Vast common ground. In this former presbytery, this fully renovated cottage with a contemporary character is the ideal place for a stay away from the city.
The 17 m² south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
On the vast common ground, are put at your disposal a barbecue, a table-tennis table and a swing; a garden table is reserved for each cottage.
If the sheets are rented, the beds are made on your arrival.
Public parking is located at the entrance to the hamlet.
