Individual chalet on 2 levels comprising on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen lounge area opening onto the terrace, a bathroom (shower), separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 closed by a curtain (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), a mezzanine under the roof with 1 single bed (90x190 cm), separate WC.
Land and private parking. To reach this chalet in the pastures, you have to take a motorable track that climbs 400m (only one steep passage).
It is also possible to leave the car at the bottom of this path and go up to the chalet with the owner's car. (contact him before your arrival).
The chalet is located in front of the owners' family chalet, on a slope overlooking the valley, facing the Aravis massif.
On your arrival, the beds are made and the bathroom linen is also included.

Les propriétaires sont très conviviaux, conseillent de belles visites et partagent leur passion pour le patrimoine local. Le gîte est agréable et très bien situé à la croisée de plusieurs vallées. L accès au gîte est pentu sur qq mètres mais tout a fait gérable pour une voiture en 1ère. A recommander vivement !

Chalet récent et très bien équipé, au calme, proche de la nature et avec une belle vue sur la chaîne des Aravis, idéalement situé pour parcourir cette belle région. Chemins de randonnées à faire au départ du gîte. Séjour très agréable, propriétaires sympas, de vrais savoyards!

Gite très bien équipé au calme avec une jolie vue. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et se montrent discrets. Cependant le gîte est bien pour les sportifs où les propriétaires de véhicules 4×4 car le chemin n'était pas pratiquable par notre monospace. Nous avons ,malgré cela, passé une bonne semaine de vacances.
