4 gîtes and 2 shops (hairdresser and pizzeria) in a semi-detached house (with independent access). 1st and 2nd floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 x 190 cm), a mezzanine (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm and 1 single bed 90 x 190 cm), bathroom (bathtub) and separate toilet.
