Independent entrance by external staircase. 1st floor: terrace, living room-kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), 1 bathroom (spa bath), WC. 2nd floor: mezzanine with rapido sofa bed for 2 people (140x190 cm) and elliptical trainer, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm and 2 single pull-out beds in 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), wc.
Garage on the ground floor (2 places), laundry room with washing machine and dryer (common to both gites).
Ski lockers and boot dryers. In the heart of the hamlet of Barrioz, Patrick and Françoise welcome you to their spacious chalet.
Get back on your skis after a good day's skiing, or go on foot in the summer to explore the trails from the chalet.

Grand appartement sur 2 niveaux très bien agencé et équipé pour une famille nombreuse. Accueil souriant et efficace - c est la seconde fois que nous venons !Un regret cependant : l absence de neige cette année. Mais nous ne sommes pas les seuls à le regretter....

Excellent séjour en famille dans un gite d'une qualité au top, vraiment spacieux, avec une vue imprenable, très calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, réactifs et nous mettent tout de suite à l'aise. Le gite est très bien situé pour de belles randonnées .
