On 3 levels (entrance to the cottage by the 2nd floor).
Ground floor: living room-kitchen with lounge area. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 wooden cot / 1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. 2nd floor: laundry room/entrance hall surmounted by a sloping mezzanine with a total height of less than 1.80 m (1 mattress on a base without legs for 2 people).
Grass terrace and land.
Public car park 20m away.
Free shuttle in winter to La Rosière (downhill and cross-country skiing), Ste Foy resort (14 km), Tignes Brévière (18 km), Val d'Isère la Daille (25 km). Country house from 1870 located in the heart of a typical hamlet 6 km from the resort of La Rosière / Espace San Bernardo.
