Ground floor: entrance, living room kitchen, wifi connection, 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 people), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 1 person / 2 beds 1 person / 1 bed 2 people, 1 bed for baby with wooden crib bars), a bathroom (shower and WC).
Balcony corridor serving the access of the adjoining gite.
Public parking in front of the gite.
St John of Arves / Sybelles 13 km, St Sorlin of Arves 15 km. Old village house renovated in the heart of a typical village of Maurienne, 300 m from the slopes.
Quiet area on a hill facing Southeast.
