Independent access from the back of the house. 1st level: entrance hall. 2nd level: living room-kitchen lounge area opening onto a balcony, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200 cm bunk / 1 double bed 160x200 cm composed of 2 single beds 80 x 200 sq.m., with private WC and washbasin / 1 double bed 2 people 160x200 cm with private shower), a bathroom (shower), separate WC (with hand basin).
Natural grass land.
Private car park. In a hamlet made up of 3 houses, this gite in a family house including another accommodation, has been completely renovated, highlighting the brightness and the view of the landscape, like living paintings.
In winter, surrounding village resorts offer downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing on marked routes (Aillons le Jeune 18 km, La Féclaz 21 km, Margériaz 24 km); In summer, swimming is possible at the Challes les Eaux leisure center (13 km) or Lac du Bourget (30 km).
