Detached house on 3 levels with level access from the parking lot (1st floor) in the living room-kitchen lounge area (extra and recreational wood stove) opening onto a front balcony, a bathroom (shower and bathtub, 2 sinks), separate WC.
Ground floor (level 0): 4 bedrooms (3 double beds 160 x 200 cm / 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm), a bathroom, separate WC. 3rd floor: attic space converted into a play area for children, a small lounge area and possibility of 2 beds (2 single beds 80 x 190 cm).
Total floor area: 145 m² including attic areas.

Garage only for bicycles, motorcycles, skis.
NON-SMOKING GITE.
Charging point for electric vehicle (charge charge required).
Nestled against the slope, on the heights of the village, this chalet boasts a beautiful panoramic view of the mountain range and the ski slopes below.
Children will enjoy the play area set up under the eaves, like a mountain cabin.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui est également très disponible et nous la remerçions. Le chalet est très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur les massifs alpins. Nous en garderons un très souvenir et nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Comme à la maison. Le gîte est spacieux , convivial et très bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter d’une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Petit plus, le fort enneigement lors de notre séjour nous a permis de partir sur les pistes ski aux pieds. De bons moments passés en famille .

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans ce jolie chalet,tipique de la Savoie. Le chalet était très bien équipé, conforme à la description. Les propriétaires très sympathiques, nous on bien conseillés sur ce qu'il y avait à voir dans la région... Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour là-bas. À refaire dans hésiter.
