This modern flat in Guardamar sounds like a wonderful holiday spot!
With 3 cosy bedrooms and space for 6 people, it offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay. Garden and pool views add a touch of serenity, while its proximity to the beach, supermarket and other amenities makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
The gated complex is a green oasis with palm trees, 2 swimming pools, outdoor sports, putting green, boccia and playground. There is also a very spacious spa with sauna and a large whirlpool, which you can easily book for exclusive use free of charge (closed between 15 June and 15 September).
In the Oasis Beach XI complex, there are three gates that give tenants access to the grounds. This means that it may not always be the gate closest to the rented flat. However, the grounds can be exited via any of the gates.
There may possibly be a camera system in the property. During the rental, the camera system will be closed. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The supplement for cleaning includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Listed rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.

We hebben volop genoten van onze vakantie in het app.
Over het poetsen heb ik totaal geen commentaar, was echt spik en span.
Voor de rest was het een zeer fijne en zeer aangenaam verblijf, en we waren ook super blij dat u ons verwittigde over het zwembad dat die vervuild was, zodat we de kinderen konden verwittigen dat ze er niet in mochten gaan.
Het huis was proper en de ligging is goed.

De rust, de netheid, de ligging,...
Het inchecken is niet zorgeloos verlopen. De mieren die overal in het appartement te zien waren.
Geen spiegels in de slaapkamers viel ons wat tegen.
Er was maar 1 sleutel van de accomodatie en dat was niet zo handig voor ons. 2 gezinnen die elk apart wilden weggaan was heel moeilijk. Constant afsp...
