Retired winemaker, perfect connoisseur of "wine and his trades", Didier opens the doors to you of an authentic 19th century winegrowers' residence of character, carefully restored, located in a quiet countryside in the very heart of the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise. , within a mini rural hamlet.

Total tranquility on the edge of vineyards & meadows, in the hollow of a delightful plateau of bocages where peaceful Charolais cows graze in season, nestled under the wooded ridges of the gentle surrounding hills (dotted with breathtaking panoramic belvederes on the superb surrounding wine-growing countryside, the Grosne valley, the Monts du Jura & as far as Mont Blanc on a clear day!), a stone's throw from a bucolic landscaped fishing pond, surrounded by greenery (Étang des Valottes / carp, tench, roach, trout... ), close to vast wild & preserved state forests.

Sublime hilly landscaped setting, 100% relaxing.

Spacious cottage of very good comfort.

Warm country character with a change of scenery with a touch of "vintage". Full equipment.

Exposed panoramic balcony.

Intimate outdoor space, nestled out of sight at the back of the house, including a huge terrace sheltered under a courtyard, a petanque court & a pleasant garden where an imposing cherry tree sits (ideal "shaded spot" for a siesta & pick-up possible). Beautiful unobstructed view of the gentle surrounding countryside. Composition: Detached house neighboring that of the owner (located 150m / total independence). Duplex gîte (access to the 1st floor by outside staircase). Wireless.

Oil fired central heating. 1st floor: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (double bed 160x200cm / 2 single beds 90x190cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (double bed 140x190cm / double bed 140x190cm / double bed 140x190cm + single bed 90x190cm), bathroom (bath + shower), separate toilet.

Opale, Aug 2026
