One bedroom, as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet are located on the ground floor.
The patio doors in the living room give you access to the terrace with furniture and the upstairs bedrooms offer access to the balcony.

Das Problem einiger Häuser ist, dass es nur Fenster bis zum Boden gibt und es keine Möglichkeit gibt, sie zu kippen. Daher musste man nachts mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Für Frischluftfanatiker ein Problem...🤔
