This detached villa with an upper floor is suitable for 6 people. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a fireplace, underfloor heating, and TV. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi microwave, and coffee pod machine. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. There is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
 
The villa is located by the water, has its own private jetty, and a covered veranda with a lounge set. Parking is available for 2 cars and Wi-Fi is free of charge.
Paradise for nature and water sports enthusiasts
Whenever you think of Friesland, you see green meadows stretching out to the horizon. Cows grazing and endless rippling water with a sail in the distance. A drawbridge that slowly rises. Farmsteads on ancient mounds. In the southwest of this unique piece of the Netherlands you can find the Terkaplester pools: a lake that is part of the Sneeker lake district. Smack in the middle of that beautiful land is Waterpark Terkaple: a paradise for lovers of nature and water sports. The waterpark has magnificent, spacious houses by the water, each with its own pier. Can you see it? Just step out of the boat and onto the veranda, where you will sink away into the soft cushions of comfortable lounge sofas.
Roompot house rules

• The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
• The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
• If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.

 
This holiday park is completely firework-free at New Year. This means that setting off fireworks of any kind is prohibited and will be actively monitored by the park. The park is therefore especially suitable during the holidays for guests with pets or small children who do not enjoy fireworks.
As the holiday park is located in a municipality where fireworks are not permitted, little to no fireworks are expected in the immediate vicinity. However, we cannot guarantee this.
