This remodelled apartment is upstairs on the first floor and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The living room/bedroom has a television and a two-person sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave and more. There is one bedroom with two single box spring beds. Are you travelling with 4 people? Then 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower or bathtub and a toilet. Outside, there is a furnished patio. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Roompot house rules

• The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
• The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
• If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
