This restyled apartment is on the ground floor and sleeps a maximum of four. The living room/bedroom has a television and a two-person sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave and more. There is one bedroom with two single box spring beds. Are you travelling with 4 people? Then 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower or bath tub and a toilet. Outside, there is a furnished patio. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change. In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details. Roompot house rules

• The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
• The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
• If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
