la taille de l'appartement, l'équipement presque complet, le calme, les jeux (toboggan gonflable, trempoline) mis à la disposition des enfants de la station, le télé-siège pour aller vers le col
l'accès un peu difficile à l'étage (escalier très raide), la grande terrasse qui aurait besoin d'un bon balayage (présence de petits cailloux), la porte coulissante vers la terrasse qui ne fermait pas, les serviettes louées qui peluchaient énormément
