Calahonda Beach II - ground floor apartment with direct access to the beach.
This spacious one-bedroom apartment with specular views across the Mediterranean Sea, offers everything you need for a relaxing get away to Southern Spain.
It is situated in the town of Calahonda, just a 15-minute car journey from the popular Spanish town of Marbella. The apartment is 60m2 and comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen - living room and a private terrace. The kitchen is equipped with most of the standard appliances that you may require including an oven, small fridge, large fridge/freezer, kettle, children’s highchair etc. The kitchen leads into the cosy living-room, where you will find a comfortable sofa, fireplace and large widescreen television. From the bedroom you have access to a modern ensuite bathroom consisting of a large sink, toilet and shower. The apartment also has access to the large community swimming pool with children’s pool and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. If you enjoy a walk along the beach, the property grounds have direct access to the costal boardwalk from which you can enjoy a stroll along the coast to the town of La Cala de Mijas where you will find plenty of lovely Spanish restaurants and tapas bars. Alternatively, if you prefer something a little closer to home the closest restaurant is just a stone’s throw away from the property and there are several more restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. Street parking is available but not guaranteed, pets are not permitted. Malaga Costa-del-Sol airport can be reached by car in just under 30 minutes. The grounds of this complex are beautifully maintained and a peaceful environment.
Being located right on the boardwalk, it’s easy walking distance to the variety of beach bars/restaurant's.
The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean.
