The cottage was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped, the garden was large and very peaceful with plenty of seating. Paul and Tracy were perfect hosts we were met on arrival by Tracy who made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return and would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was lovely and clean, well equipped and the garden was amazing. We loved sitting out there on a night and early evening. The owners were very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything which we didn't. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely fantastic location for walking and relaxing. The Queens Head Inn is a short walk away, great food, lovely staff. The Ulverston Annex itself is beautiful, modern, clean and has everything you could want. Paul & Tracy are really nice. It's a jewel in the dales. We hope to visit again.
