Information about the host
Our non-smoking guesthouse is situated in a quiet and sunny location at the foot of the Watzmann. Gastronomy, shopping and bus stop are reachable in a few minutes. It is the ideal starting point for e-bike tours and hikes such as:Königssee (2.5 km), Berchtesgaden (4.0 km), Grünstein, Watzmann etc..A Kneipp facility and in winter a ski lift, as well as the cross-country ski trail are in the immediate vicinity. We provide a parking lot and WLAN free of charge.

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).

Arrival Description
If you are coming from the A8 Munich-Salzburg, take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last drive before the Austrian border.(VIGNETTENPFLICHT if you continue). From Bad Reichenhall drive in the direction of Berchtesgaden until you reach the Berchtesgaden train station. At the traffic circle continue in the direction of Schönau a. Königssee along the road Oberschönauer Str., Storchenstraße until you reach the Hotel Bärenstüberl, here turn right, first turn left into Hammerstielstraße. After the grocery store Nah& Gut you will reach Hammerstielstraße 4.

Description of the accommodation
The new 4 star**** vacation apartment Silbertann offers space on 55 sqm and is equipped with a small, modern kitchen, a cozy and rustic furnished living-dining area with sitting area and large flat screen TV, two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower / WC, and a wardrobe. A balcony with comfortable seating and dining area and magnificent mountain views complete the offer.
