A small, cozy sitting room with a library leads to a toilet and a bedroom (one double bed, 160 cm).
On the lower ground floor, there is a bedroom (two single beds that can be joined) and a bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (90 cm each) and a cot, a bedroom (two single beds that can be joined) with a skylight, another bedroom (two single beds that can be joined), two small shower rooms (one with a toilet), and a separate toilet.
Electric heating.
Barbecue, sun loungers and garden furniture, table tennis, pétanque court, and a trampoline (4 m diameter) are available from April to October.
The legislation for Public Access Establishments (ERP) does not allow exceeding capacity (including children and babies).
In the land of wild nature, between Lake Vassivière and Nedde, the isolated house on the hillside has a clear view of the countryside.
It is not uncommon to see a hare or a deer walking in the garden.
Its wooden terrace, suspended above the meadow, invites serenity or happy meals.

LIMOUSIN EN MARS
gite en pleine campagne très agréable,un beau point de vue. On peut faire des randonnnées en partant à pied du gite, c'est un plus. Il est situé près du lac de Vassivière ce qui le rend très attractif. Certains de notre groupe, ont pratiqué la course à pied autour du lac. A RECOMMANDEER

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Beau cadre, silence, nature ...Le gîte est bien équipé et la variété des jeux, des livres a permis aux grands et petits de passer de bons moments. En particulier le trempoline et la table de ping pong. Nous avons fait de belles sorties avec les enfants à la cité des insectes, rivière, lacs...
Lieu parfait pour séjour avec plein d'enfants !

Le cadre est magnifique, la maison très agréable ; la cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée, ce qui facilite l'organisation des repas pour 12 personnes. La terrasse est super, avec toujours un coin à l'ombre.Nous avons passé une belle semaine, qui a plu à tout le monde, jeunes et moins jeunes !
