From this second bedroom, there is also access to the mezzanine bedroom via a lockable door.
To ensure an environmentally responsible stay, certain specific utilities (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay.
Bordering the Charente, 5 km from Saint Junien, Chaillac has a leisure complex with bowling, laser game, indoor football and restaurant.
The completely independent and not overlooked gîte opens onto a terrace which overlooks a lawn and a 6x4 m above-ground heated swimming pool open from June to the end of September.
Departmental road 86 passes right next to the land.

Une semaine en août en famille avec 4 enfants de 10 à 19 ans. Gîte magnifique. De l'ancien très bien rénové et bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. Les hôtes sont vraiment adorables et nous donnent de bons conseils. La région est pleine de sites à découvrir. Bref séjour au top

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gîte au milieu de la nature. L'équipement est excellent , rien ne manque. Que dire de plus qu"excellent séjour" pour les 5 jours passés dans ce gite en pleine nature, original et confortable. En ce début mai, le soleil était en plus de la partie mais là les propriétaires n'y étaient pour rien ! Cela nous a permis de profiter de la grande terrasse.A recommander.
