A few steps lead to a dining room with an open-plan kitchen, and then, a few more steps up to a large dining room.
Both rooms open onto the lawn through French doors.
There is also a WC with a washbasin.
On the first floor: two adjoining bedrooms with low ceilings (each with a double bed, 140 cm), a bathroom, and a WC.
A few steps lead to a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a shower room, and a WC.
On the second floor: a large attic bedroom with three single beds (90 cm), a sleeping alcove for one person, a shower room, and a WC.
At the east end of the building, an external staircase leads to a self-contained apartment: equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed 140cm and two single beds 90cm), shower room, toilet.

Public Access Building (ERP) regulations do not allow for exceeding the maximum occupancy (including children and babies).
In a small hamlet, in the countryside of the Monts de Blond, ideal for outdoor activities and hiking, the cottage is set in an old farmhouse which opens onto a terrace and a lawn.
A swimming pool with retractable shelter (11X5 m) is open from May 1st to October 15th depending on the weather.
Riders with horses can be accommodated (field and box).
Equestrian center 7 km away.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce gite très spacieux et très confortable au milieu de la nature. Nous avons même pu profiter d'un spectacle assez rare : des oiseaux donnant la becquée à leurs oisillons nichant dans les murs...

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille dans un gîte en pleine campagne , beauté du lieu , confort, les espaces sont très bien répartis pour pouvoir profiter de moments tranquilles quand on est nombreux.Je reviendrais avec plaisir en été pour profiter de la piscine!

Nous avons séjourné en période d’hiver. C’est un très beau gîte spacieux pour 15 personnes (3 salles de bain, 3 WC, équipement bébé, grande cuisine ect..).La grande salle nous a permis de danser pour la soirée du jour de l’An. Le prix de la location est très correct mais plus cher en période hivernale du fait du chauffage.
